What is UAE eVisa?

It’s an Electronic Visa that can be issued online through a registered tourism company like TravnNook, without the effort of applying through embassy, making it easy to obtain from any place in the world.

How will I Receive the eVisa?

Once the eVisa gets issued it will be sent immediately to your email.

Do I need to print out the eVisa once received?

Yes, you need to print out the eVisa to present it at the airport.

If I have a valid Sharjah or Dubai visa, will I be able to travel to the other Emirates?

Yes, once you have a valid UAE visa, you will be able to travel anywhere within the country.

What should be the validity on my passport?

For tourist visa, the passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of arrival. For employment visa also, the passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of arrival.

Can I extend the visa once deadline meet?

Yes, you can renew the visa in other word it’s called Visa Change, and you are able to do it with travNook.

Will there be any fines incase if I overstay?

Yes, There will be a daily fine starting from the day of your overstay, the fine cost is a 100 Dirhams(30 dollars) PER DAY and a BAN from visiting the UAE again in the future.

Why my visa got rejected?

The approval of the visa is solely regulated by the government of the UAE and governed by their rules & regulations and the rejection of the visa application is the sole prerogative of the immigration authorities, therefore Travnook will not be held any responsibility in visa rejection or delay, the visa fees will not be refunded.

  • Regardless that the visa might be issued after 48 hours from time of the processing, we recommend applying 4 – 7 business days prior to your arrival date.
  • Business days in UAE is from Sunday to Thursday.
  • The duration of the visa cannot be extended once issued.

When is the best time to travel to the UAE?

UAE is popular travel destination year round, it has a warm, sunny climate that is ideal for tourism, with mild temperatures for most of the year and a low rainfall. Tourism season usually starts from November where the weather cools down and becomes more convenient & continues till the beginning of May where the temperature start to raise. Yes an international license is need if you want to drive in U.A.E, However if you wish to rent an automobile, you must be over the age of 21 or 25 in some other car rental companies.

Can I use my credit/debit card in U.A.E?

Is tipping expected in U.A.E?

No tip is not mandatory, however if insist you can tip about 10% of the total bill or whatever comes out of your generosity.

Is it allowable to consume alcohol in Dubai?

Dubai’s law strictly forbids the intake of alcohol in public spaces and while driving. However, alcohol consumption is permitted in bars attached to hotels, clubs, restaurants, and private functions.

All visa applications are applied directly to UAE immigration with a non refundable fees.

Do you cancel tours due to bad weather?

Safety has to take the priority of our management, thus we always make sure our services and activities we arrange for you are safe and valid. If we decide the weather conditions are not safe for you, unfortunately we will cancel the tour. If we cancel the tour, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule based on availability or receive a credit towards a future tour.
